2. Not Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

Nothing on SGNLS^ — including but not limited to signal briefs, heat scores, “The Move” summaries, category rankings, community sentiment analysis, morning briefs, push notifications, in-app support responses, or any other content — constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Trading advice
  • Securities research
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or short any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, currency, option, or other financial instrument
  • A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument

4. Source Material Limitations

Signal briefs are generated using large language model AI (artificial intelligence). AI-generated content is subject to hallucination, error, omission, and misinterpretation. We review signal quality on an ongoing basis, but individual signals are not human-edited before delivery.
