Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SGNLS^ or subscribing to any of our plans. By accessing or using SGNLS^, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About SGNLS^

SGNLS^ is an information service operated by SGNLS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), with a principal place of business in Boca Raton, FL. The service synthesizes publicly available content from Reddit communities and presents it as curated market intelligence briefs. SGNLS^ is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or trading platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using SGNLS^, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to these Terms, and that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. If you are using SGNLS^ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using email and password, Google OAuth, or Reddit OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@sgnls.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service — including but not limited to scraping content, attempting to manipulate signal scores, or sharing account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

SGNLS^ offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
  • Annual Plan: $34.99 per year
  • Pioneer Plan: Lifetime free access granted by invitation only

4.2 Free Trial

New subscribers on the Monthly or Annual plan receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

4.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in Section 4.5. We use Stripe to process all payments. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use of SGNLS^ after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.5 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for documented billing errors or exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, contact legal@sgnls.co.

4.6 Promotional and Invite Codes

SGNLS^ may issue promotional codes or invite codes that modify the standard pricing or trial terms. Codes are subject to their stated terms, expiration dates, and usage limits. Codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to revoke codes or discontinue promotions at any time for violations of these Terms.

5. The Service

5.1 What SGNLS^ Provides

SGNLS^ delivers daily morning briefs and a live feed of market intelligence signals synthesized from publicly available Reddit posts across investing and finance communities. Signals include context, community sentiment, and an actionable summary. All signals carry the disclaimer: “For informational purposes only · Not financial advice · Do your own research.”

5.2 Content Sources

All signal content is derived from publicly posted content on Reddit. SGNLS^ does not claim ownership over Reddit posts and does not represent Reddit Inc. Signal synthesis is performed by artificial intelligence and is subject to error, omission, and misinterpretation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or relevance of any signal.

5.3 Service Availability

We aim to deliver signals on a consistent schedule but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Signal delivery may be delayed or disrupted by API limitations, infrastructure outages, or Reddit platform changes outside our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions or signal delivery failures.

5.4 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of SGNLS^ at any time, including the number of signals delivered, monitored communities, signal format, and feature set. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use SGNLS^ content to make investment decisions without independent verification
  • Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or scrape SGNLS^ signal content without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the signal synthesis methodology
  • Use automated tools or bots to access SGNLS^ outside of authorized integrations
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription
  • Submit comments or content that constitutes market manipulation, pump-and-dump promotion, or financial fraud
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of the service

We operate a three-tier AI moderation system on user comments. Comments containing spam, prohibited financial promotion, harassment, or illegal content will be removed or held for review. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The SGNLS^ name, logo, wordmark, signal format, synthesis methodology, and all original content generated by SGNLS LLC are protected by intellectual property law. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7.2 Reddit Content

Signal briefs are derived from publicly available Reddit posts. The underlying Reddit posts belong to their respective authors and are subject to Reddit's Terms of Service and content policies. SGNLS^ makes no claim to ownership of source Reddit content.

7.3 User-Generated Content

By posting comments on SGNLS^, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and moderate that content within the service. You retain ownership of your comments. You represent that your comments do not violate any third-party rights.

8. Not Financial Advice

SGNLS^ IS AN INFORMATION SERVICE ONLY. NOTHING ON SGNLS^ CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ADVICE. SGNLS^ DOES NOT RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OR SALE OF ANY SECURITY, CRYPTOCURRENCY, COMMODITY, OR OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.

All signals are synthesized from community discussion on Reddit and reflect community sentiment, not verified facts or professional analysis. Past sentiment patterns are not indicative of future market performance. You acknowledge that investing in financial markets involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision.

We are not registered with, nor do we operate under the regulatory framework of, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other financial regulatory body.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SGNLS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SGNLS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50.00.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SGNLS LLC, its members, officers, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

12.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@sgnls.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving notice.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SGNLS^ or SGNLS LLC.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the app. Continued use of SGNLS^ after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and SGNLS LLC regarding the service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
